NATURAL FARMING PRACTICES
Lactobacillus is beneficial bacteria that helps provide nutrients to our plants through the soil. We culture our own lactobacillus and use it as an aid when farming.
Our compost at the farm is a closed loop system. This means that from our organic food waste & non-bleached compostable paper products, we create our own soil & microbes. Our worms do all the work. The compost that is created is made from worm castings (aka. worm poop!).
